The Hoops Insider (Derek) spends many hours each week breaking down games and match-ups, reading articles, monitoring local beat writers and watching all player and coach interviews. He also looks at defensive / offensive strategies, coaching adjustments and motivation. Most importantly, he is a long term winner.
