India v England

Published by on November 15, 2016

England did very well in the first test. They were helped by multiple Indian drops in the first innings that allowed them to get a lead, then put some late pressure on the Indians, reducing them to 6 down by the time day 5 ended. It’s clear that England have stood up well and embraced the underdog tag on this tour, however I do feel that that could be the easiest pitch they will play on in the entire series. Vizak is famous for big turn and I’d be amazed if this test went 5 days. India are a big, confident pre-match bet and I’ll be constantly on them throughout the match unless strange things happen.

From a series perspective, my earlier series score predictions have lost, but I’m happy to get involved on some more pro Indian correct scores given the challenges England will face in the weeks ahead.

India to win second test 1.76 Betfair 3pts
India to win series 4-0 5.50 Coral 1.6pts ( (5.00 PPower/Ladbrokes)
India to win series 3-1 5.50 Various 1.4pts

I may be back with some more specific bets on the second test in the next couple of days as the start draws closer.

There’s plenty more cricket coming up in the next couple of days, so expect lots more updates and action.

Be Lucky
