Chelsea to comfortably beat Sunderland to continue run

Chelsea were handed a massive boost before they’ve even taken to the field against Sunderland after Arsenal lost the first time since the opening day of the season at Everton.

Antonio Conte and his players must have been cheering on Ashley Williams’ late goal for the Toffees, but their attention must now turn to what should be a straightforward visit to the Stadium of Light.

The Blues are such strong favourites that there’s little value in many of the basic bets on them, but a win by exactly two goals at 3/1 is probably the best value.

The bookies seem to be confident that it’s going to be a thrashing, or at least that Chelsea will win to nil. If you’re feeling equally confident, they’re at 2/1 to win with over 3.5 goals in the match.

For the more specific, it’s 10/1 for the visitors to win 3-1, and it’s fair to say Conte will expect a few goals from the likes of Diego Costa and Eden Hazard considering that Sunderland shipped three against fellow Premier League strugglers Swansea at the weekend.
