Best Las Vegas SportsBooks

HERE'S OUR LIST OF THE TOP 20 LAS VEGAS SPORTSBOOKS:

In ranking the best Las Vegas sportsbooks we have considered a number of important factors including betting limits, range of bet types, location, comfort, screens and drinks.

We’ve done our best to strike the right balance below and have given extra weighting to the importance of good odds and limits.

HERE'S OUR LIST OF THE TOP 20 LAS VEGAS SPORTS BOOKS:

1. Westgate LV Superbook

Putting the Westgate at #1 for Las Vegas Sportsbooks was a no-brainer. They have their own oddsmakers who release lines quickly and are generally willing to take big bets. The 25,000 square foot SuperBook has massive 4K high resolution screens that form the largest LED video wall in the world. It was recently renovated, is smoke-free and they’re very friendly with drink tickets. The Westgate is the home of the famous SuperContest and is a great option for your Futures bets too.

2. South Point

Has plenty in common with the Westgate in that they’re an old school sportsbook willing to take a bet and located a few minutes away from the strip. The South Point hang their own lines instead of outsourcing them like so many other Vegas books. Generous drink comps and the VSIN studio being located on-site are a bonus.

3. Wynn

Another sportsbook that’s benefited from an extensive renovation. A 1,600-square-foot wraparound LED video screen and scrolling scores ticker is the centerpiece of a fairly luxurious sportsbook. If you’re lucky enough to score a plush lounge you’ll be watching the games in comfort. Independent betting lines is another attraction for bettors.

5. Circa Sports @ Golden Gate

The Circa is a brand-new book but one that has old school bookmakers behind the counter and that is a great thing as they’re taking plenty of action and offering some unique bet types. Located within the Golden Gate on the must-be-seen-to-be-believed Fremont St, it’s a sign of things to come for 2020. That’s when we’ll see the opening of The Circa Las Vegas (rendered image above) which will be the first ground-up casino built in the Downtown area in 40 years.

6. Caesars Palace

Unlike those at the top of our sportsbook ratings, Caesars doesn’t have unique lines. But they have become more bettor-friendly following the hiring of key bookmaking staff from other Vegas books. Caesars size, screens and seating make it a comfortable place to watch the big games.

7. Red Rock

A good-sized and well maintained sportsbook that has plenty of seats within view of some of the best screens in Vegas. Like all good books it does tend to get busy during March Madness and football weekends. Located in the lovely Summerlin area and of course near the famous Red Rock Canyon.

8. Lagasse’s Stadium @ The Palazzo

A bar, restaurant and stadium-style seating make this place quite different to the traditional sportsbook. Winner of multiple ‘best sports bar’ style awards from USA Today, Yahoo Sports and the Las Vegas Review Journal, it’s a fantastic venue to take in all of the action. Located inside The Palazzo which is a sister property of The Venetian. A reservation is recommended when major sporting events are on.

9. The Mirage

Relatively large race and sports book that was renovated in 2014 and offers plenty of 85′ HD screens. Note that the Race and Sports Book is a smoke free area. Also worth noting is that drink tickets for $100 to $200 bettors aren’t as common now.

10. Aria

The ARIA casino is a fantastic facility but that isn’t quite matched by their sportsbook. It’s nice enough but is relatively small which means it can get crowded quite quickly. The fact it’s a non-smoking venue is a bonus to most.

12. The Book @ The Linq

This is a relatively new sportsbook in a casino that attracts a younger demographic. The modern-style sportsbook is probably closer to a sports bar. It’s well known for Fan Caves that have couches, X-Box’s, VR goggles and table service.

13. MGM Grand

It’s a pretty good sportsbook overall with the standard array of TVs, big screens and ticket windows. The 2nd floor features four skyboxes and if you’re lucky (or rich) enough to get one of those you’ll likely have a great time.

14. The Bellagio

Every Vegas vistor seems to visit the Bellagio for their water and light show so you might as well add their sportsbook to your list. It’s a decent-sized venue with all the screens and TVs you’d expect from a prestige property.

15. Green Valley Ranch @ The District

The sportsbook is good and the location is great if you want to be away from The Strip and enjoy a luxury resort with good shopping, restaurants, pools and movie theaters.

16. Harrahs

Harrah’s is in a great location right in the middle of the strip. It’s big enough and comfortable enough and they’re pretty generous with drink tickets. Unfortunately they don’t currently offer live betting.

17. Cosmopolitan

Another book that has benefited from a relatively recent makeover. But it’s still one of the smaller Las vegas sportsbooks and is another that offers CG Technology lines, so it’s a good solid option rather than being a standout.

18. Golden Nugget

The Golden Nugget is probably the second best downtown book. It’s just big enough to accommodate a crowd and they offer independent lines. There are many large TV screens rather than any megawalls like some of the biggest sportsbooks.

20. The M

This is one of the smaller and less rowdy in our top 20 Vegas sportsbooks. It’s about 20 minutes south of the strip and is popular with locals as well as being a reasonable choice for visitors staying in or nearby Henderson. Free drinks normally require a sports bet of $250 or more.
