Spurs will head to Leicester hoping to avoid an emotional hangover from the last game at White Hart Lane.
The Lilywhites gave their famous old ground the perfect send-off, but they haven’t been as strong on the road, only winning seven games.
With second place secured, Mauricio Pochettino could take the opportunity to rotate and give some of his fringe players a run-out.
The likes of Vincent Janssen and Moussa Sissoko don’t have many more games to impress ahead of the summer transfer window, though it’s likely Pochettino’s mind will already be made up.
Spurs will also want to avoid defeat against their nemesis from last season. Leicester fans will no doubt revel in one last chance to laud their title win, regardless of which side has the brighter future.
The Foxes have reason to be confident going into the game, however, as they haven’t lost a game at the King Power under Craig Shakespeare – though it has to be said they haven’t exactly had the most testing opposition. The hosts are at 16/5 to win with SkyBet, or 29/10 to earn a draw.
Their top scorer Jamie Vardy is at 13/8 to score in 90 minutes, but Harry Kane is probably the safer option at evens. The two were neck-in-neck for the Golden Boot this time a year ago, but what a difference 12 months can make.
