Who finishes in the Champions League places?

Chelsea may be running away with the Premier League title, but the Champions League spots are still up for grabs.

Tottenham lead the chasing pack nine points behind the Blues, and as you’d expect, they’re among the favourites to finish in the top three.

SkyBet have a few bets at good value:

– Chelsea, Manchester City, and Tottenham all to finish in the top 3 in any order – 2/1

– Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham to finish top 3 in any order – 6/1

– Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester City to finish top 3 in any order – 8/1

Of course, Chelsea are the only one you can be pretty certain of, but the second option from SkyBet looks most likely based on current form and points.

Arsenal have endured an awful week losing to Watford and Chelsea, but if you take the rest of the season into account, the Gunners look among the more consistent of the big sides. They host Hull this weekend and although not guaranteed to win, are un-backable at around 1/3.

Liverpool’s blip was more predictable given their lack of strength in depth, and Tottenham and Arsenal both finished in the top 3 last year.

Manchester City are one of the hardest teams to call. On their day, Pep Guardiola’s men are unplayable but they also give you several games where their defensive shortcomings are all too clear. They also look to be phasing out Sergio Aguero in favour of Gabriel Jesus.

A lot of this could depend on fixtures over the next few weeks. Liverpool face both Spurs and Arsenal over the next few weeks and that should give us a clearer picture of how things will stand in May.
