Monaco v Man City

Manchester City still have plenty of work to do when they head to Monaco defending a 5-3 lead.

The Ligue 1 leaders will be buoyed by their three away goals and will be looking for an early goal to unsettle Pep Guardiola’s men.

Recommended bet: Radamel Falcao to score in 90 minutes – 1/1

It’s hard to see City keeping a clean sheet in the principality. They haven’t actually conceded in their last three games in all competitions, but they’ve been facing notoriously low scorers in the form of Middlesbrough, Stoke, and Sunderland.

Monaco’s Radamel Falcao and youngster Kylian Mbappe will be the ones to watch.

The Colombian averages a goal a game in the Champions League this season, while Mbappe has been making a huge impact and attracting interest from several top clubs.

We’re backing both teams to score, with Sergio Aguero to continue his great form. The Argentine has six in his last five games, so he’s a good bet, especially as David Silva is on fire as well to provide him with some decent service.

City should go through, but as Tottenham found in the group stages, a trip to Monaco is never an easy task.
